8.9 – Tsunami

So the worst earthquake in past decades and 4th worst earthquake in history strikes - underwater. Tsunami strikes Malaysia for the first time, and dang it, casualties after casualties.

Sad enough to see the victims’ families mourn in TV..there’s this father who lost 4 kids and his wife. Geez.

I dislike statistics. You may count “Oh, 20,000 people died” but did you consider the fact that these are the people who are precious to their family members, relatives, friends, neighbours?

I used to not think about it that way, but this time it struck me. What if my family members, relatives or close friends were the one who died?

I hope I may never have to visit a mourtuary. Ever.
