17 Dec 2011 11:14 pmSaturday – 10 December 2011. (Most of the following were typed from my iPhone 2G immediately after I woke up and as I was driving to work, hence the rather simplistic language.)
A dream – Kansas, deserty. A huge bowl-shaped hole resides in the ground with a sole wooden building at the centre of it. The desert was all around above the bowl, and the ground was slightly damp. Suddenly a rush of water rose to almost window level. A guy of Indian descent but prolly American in a wheelchair was with me – and we panicked. He thought of latching a chair onto a table and I did the same. We held the table really tight as the flood water rose very quickly and took us away. The table swirled. I could feel my arm straining and about to give away.
The table we were holding on for dear life continued to swirl. Suddenly we reached dry land and we were at a school’s compound (similar to u8 with a compound and surrounding 4 buildings to form a square but smaller). We tried the door but it wouldn’t open. There’s a bicycle outside the door.
We turned around and turned right to a corridor, and I spotted a sign with strange glyphs but there were clear words that said Quebec, 2km away. We walked towards that direction, and neared a playground that has a revolving metallic turnstile that’s usually found in areas that require access control.
The American-Indian guy paused by the turnstile, got out from his wheelchair, folded his wheelchair while leaning on the turnstile, and started to walk while limping with his good left leg.
And then I woke up.
