And the faggot grows older?

When Andy returned to school yesterday, he looked really weak but managed several jokes as usual and laughed weakly all the way. And while Jon, Andy and I were sitting at the assembly NOT listening to the boring drones in front, Jon told us:

Jon: You know ah..the other day my dad fixed this guy’s comp and discovered a lot of..pauses
Andy and I (in unison): PORN!!!

Both of us stared at each other briefly, and laughed out loud at the unusual think-alike outburst. XD When this happens, it’s always always funny.

And, contrary to the title, the term ‘faggot’ and ‘dog’ are used oh-so-often that it hardly becomes insulting – in fact, endearing and er, intimate. :)

Jon turned 17 today, and after school, we stayed a bit at his house and on discovering Amelia was already in Burger King, we rushed there while partially slowed down by Esther’s catwalking across busy streets.

Burger King was smashingly good, and I ate my usual favourite French Chicken which, in my opinion, easily beats every single food available there. Those who were present were: me, Jon (of course), Heng Li, Shawn, Ryui Bynn, Andy, Esther, Suet Li, Jessica and Amelia.

It was all a load of fun and fooled around as usual (as at least two videos recorded would prove it), and when Shawn announced that we should get the birthday boy a cake, we pooled in our money and the three girls minus Amelia left to buy the cake.

While they were away, the whole bunch of us decided to act like complete retards, playing around at the mini-playground reserved for kids. We jumped, slid, climbed the fragile plastic thingies, while out of the corner of my eyes, I noticed the bunch of college students stopped eating to stare at our idiocy.

“Hopeless cases,” they must have shook their heads.

After prancing around enough for the video, we returned to our normal selves and waited for the girls’ return. When they did, they had already lit up the candles, kicked the glass doors open while Suet Li (who was carrying the cake) proceeded to sing the traditional Happy Birthday song. One by one the candles died out immediately. XD

As the memory space in my camera was running out, there was only about 23 seconds left for video recording, so we sang a hurried (and fast-forwarded) Birthday song, asked Jon to make a wish, and let him blow the candle.

What happened off-screen was a mini cake-war of sorts, with us touching each other’s face/hands/attire with our melting chocolate-filled hands. Most of us wasn’t involved, but the notorious ones were Heng Li and Shawn..Jessica (gasp!) and Esther (after provoked enough by HL XD).

All ended nicely at 4.30pm, with the party finale of a brawl between Heng Li (pelted with chilli/tomato sauce) and Esther (smeared enough with chocolate and splashed with water). Then begins the journey home.

Jon, can you believe it, was an ex-prefect in our primary school, wearing that miserable fading light blue shirt (which I did wear before, as well >_>). Comparing the old group pics and now brought back a tinge of nostalgia, as always. We’re getting older, all of us.

A Physics experiment that went awry? Filtering the camera’s lens with the red filter thingy, we captured Chee Hee, our class monitor, as a ghost in action!
