Anger management

Contrary to how I appear to be – usually reserved, quiet, and easily excited by the slightest of things – I have a foul temper. I’m usually in control, because I quite dislike shouting and all manners of unpleasantness, but because I keep my anger under wraps, it’s usually bottled up to a melting point when I combust like an exploding volcano and hail it like a flurry of hailstorms on a poor victim.

And because of this weird emotional quirk of mine, I tend to get annoyed and agitated quite easily also by the slightest of things – things that do not agree with my point of view and my stand on certain morality and principle aspects. It sounds stupid but as much as I hate to admit it, I couldn’t quite control this aspect of myself that seems to be occurring quite naturally – I keep telling myself that it’s wrong but heck is it not working at all.

I also sometimes felt anger or discontent rising inside me for what seemed like no apparent reason at all (or a stupid one) – time to check in into that anger management class?

Interestingly enough, I went to Summit yesterday (Sunday) with Ding and Jon after paying a visit to the MCA centre of USJ 1 to settle fees and collect a CD. We went to this particular store selling rejected clothes at the price of RM1 for 100gm, and after shifting through several ‘baskets’ of clothes for about 20 minutes or so (I can’t stand the thought of spending hours there browsing through every freaking basket with layers of mountainous clothes, unlike some of the girls in our u8 gang who went there), I got two T-shirts for myself and a smaller, tree-printed tee for my youngest bro, while Ding had a long-sleeved tee.

All for only RM7.20, and whilst I was feeling a little proud of my purchase, when my parents came back from their shopping, mum was indignant that I bought what I thought was a great looking tee but with a tiny hole near the neck region. She proclaimed it to be a waste of money (it’s only like what, RM2 per tee?) which is my money to begin with – but yeah I’ll stop elaborating because I think it’s a stupid issue to nitpick on anyway. -___-

Oh, and Garden Cafe at The Summit sucked big time btw. Jon was hungry so we went there while he had his lunch, and his Sizzling Thai Chicken Rice wasn’t that sizzling (RM7.90), and Ding’s RM4.90 Blueberry Shaved Ice thingy was too dry and too sweet and wasn’t anything like the tempting picture in the menu – a far cry from it – while for my RM1.60 iced lemon tea, they only used a fraction of the canned drink from Seasons to pour into a bloody glass wtf.

Do yourself a favour and stay far away from it.

Also dropped by at Jon’s house for our what, 4th consecutive day for a DotA session at his house? Saturday midnight/Sunday morning saw me doing an all-nighter again, DotAing at SS15 Infinity then continuing it at Jon’s till 3am plus, then mamak for a bit at Tanjung till 4am with the people who went to Speedzone Tour’s rave – Suet, Esther, Kai Tzin, Andy.

I’m currently formatting my new 250GB hard disk!! *is excited at the prospect* Other than the larger capacity to store tons of downloaded TV series, video clips, and porn other miscellaneous files, I can finally do my much-needed backup of my pictures which are back dated all the way from 2004 till now. Size of all pictures = 13GB.

Haha. I was lucky enough to go with a frend who has ‘magic hands’ as I call them. In 5 minutes. she can easily find my size.
Heh.

I bought two sweaters. One was rm3.30. It had a hole in/on it (in it? on it?). But it was damn worth it. Elsewhere, it’ll cost me around rm60-70.

don’t know how you do it; but i can identify with every single word you said about your temperament. Well, except for the volcano bit. I’m more exploding pressure cooker; not that steam is very intimidating.
