Yesterday, 13th Feb 2005 - I slept at 3am ‘cause I slept at 5am the previous night/morning and woke up at 1pm. Had to wake up at 7am ‘cause we have to go all the way to Petaling Street to collect the roses.

I sempat lagi went online, suddenly thought of DiGi’s Lifelogger, and registered there and then. XD If anyone wants to visit it, go to: http://saigo.lifelogger.com.

So I headed to Heng Li’s house at 8 something, caught Triton all the way to opposite of Summit, then walked all the way to Hwee Yeen’s house. We arrived 15 minutes before 9, but HL wanted to bought a drink so we detoured a little. When we went back to HYeen’s house, it’s only 5 minutes before 9am (the time we were supposed to meet). Hell yeah, we’re early.

After staring everywhere else while waiting for the wonderfully punctual girls, got fed up and started the PS2 when they inadvently arrived.

Setting up the PS2…

After playing a bit of Dragon Ball Bukodai, we left while Esther delayed us a bit with her usual antics. So the four of us left: me, Heng Li, Esther and Ruby. Waited for bus no. 13, and off we go to KL.

At about 10:50am (it’s a 50 minutes journey, no traffic jam whatsoever :D, and you can see from the time how delayed we were >>), reached outside Petaling Street and Ruby brought us to her mum’s friend’s floral shop.

Had to wait for about 30 minutes for the roses to get ready (or something).

So we walked around.

Esther and Ruby went to Kota Raya to get Esther’s ring engraved with her name, so HL and I went around to look for Starbucks. Failing which, we settled for Coffee Bean instead.

The raspberry drink thingy was excellent! :D RM12.60.

Won’t really elaborate on other matters, where these particular 6 stalks of flowers specially bought for GL’s bro, cost a whooping RM50. And GL’s bro won’t buy it. So Ruby bought it using her own money for her mum’s bday that day itself.. aw. It’s all that florist’s fault. Bleh.

But Ruby suddenly spotted her other friend who sold almost the same exact 6-stalk bunch for only RM30. Heh.

Went back to Kota Raya to get Esther’s engraved ring… and we were delayed once more. :) Can you guess?

Esther’s ring was mistakenly engraved as “Estner”. LOL! It was absolutely, utterly hilarious XD As you can see from this picture, Esther’s on the verge of crying.

At this point we lost track of time, but we hitched a bus no. 4 back to Subang. Seems that everything we’re doing that day has something to do with number 4…44 roses, 4 people to PS, bus 4…what next? XD

After standing throughout the entire journey, we stopped at Summit and had to look for ribbons and crepe papers. Chua Yen Sin spotted HL and I holding a bunch of roses, and it was a little..embarassing. Practically everyone who passed by us stared at us – and about two people (one at Kota Raya and another at Summit) asked us about the flowers.

Spent a long time looking till we had to even sit on the floors of Fajar. Heh.

And we walked all the way back to HYeen’s house. Oh joy, oh afternoon sun. We reached her house, hungry, tired and sweaty. We quickly worked on the roses and bottles; separated ourselves into two groups.

I worked on the bottles, and at that point everyone seemed to be doing something. After eating some spaghetti that HYeen’s mum cooked, went back upstairs to resume work. And after some working on it, only Ruby, Kai Shen and I were doing the bottles – the rest cooped up in a room. One girl who was working with us earlier threw tantrum and went inside the room.

So yeah, I was tired. Dead beat tired. GL’s dad fetched us home – I reached mine at 5.30pm. Took a bath, and my plan of taking a short nap was dashed when Eugene arrived early at 5:45. (>.<) [text accidentally removed last time]t mind so much, but the fact that I had to stand and deliver with parents hovering about is a bit too much (==>>==). I felt uncomfortable having my parents hearing in, ya know..

Just wondering if there’ll be a gathering like this next year onwards, not organized by me I suppose, but someone else.

The dinner ended at 11.30pm. I was frigging tired. Took a bath, online a bit, and slept.

Notable mention was that boxers from Andy and Shawn (absent). XD Lots of nice BLACK t-shirts from the rest. :)

Gundam from Wai Hong, and this windmill thingy that can emit a sad little lullaby from Eugene. XD

And Angie..sorry that I didn’t invite you over. =/ No hard feelings, ya?

And today…Valentine’s day. Had to give out roses and such, I volunteered at first thinking it wouldn’t take long but it DID take almost the entire day ‘cause no proper planning, turns out that we missed an entire list of people (thus did not make bottles for 22 people), etc.

It was funny. Really. This project is like a failure to me, we could’ve gained more profits..ah well. HL and I were like the only guys doing stuffs, and I was actually feeling stressed – because that tiredness that had been cooping up inside me for 2 days wasn’t gone yet.

Here’s hoping the Leo Garden would turn out better (as in, proper planning and stuffs). Cut my hair at night at the salon opposite my house, and she overcharged at RM12 wtf =.=" (out of the usual RM9).

I slept the entire afternoon right after lunch..from 3pm-6.30pm. And felt much better afterwards. Didn’t go for bottle-hunting for the rest of the missing 22 bottles with HL - HL can’t go out, and I was really gonna collapse.
