5 Jan 2005 1:45 pmMy first Add Maths tuition (last year’s merely a remedial) at Bintang Kejora, USJ 9 today is alright (thankfully).
Here’s my in-depth analysis of that man who taught us:
- appeared 15 minutes late ‘cause of the rain, meeting his 5th wife (apparently) who refused to let him go
- proceeded to take another 25 minutes by, in his own words, “talking bullshit” (we don’t really need all those unnecessary introduction and how he plan his schedule in utmost detail as well as a motivational talk)
- keeps adding ’s’es and ‘t’s at the end of almost every verb/noun that he pronounced
- said “thanks God” and proceeded to repeat it again at least twice
- said “here” at least twice for every sentence he used (I’m serious)
- raises his voice unnecessarily at certain times of his lesson
- buat lawak yang tak lawak (making not-so-funny jokes; only 1 in 20 of his jokes is actually funny)
That’s about it. He taught okay, but I thought it rather unnecessary about certain things that he taught - perhaps it’s just his teaching style. And at least, he did prolong his lesson today.
So two tuition classes had gone by. I’m pretty satisfied, but it looks like I’m gonna be horridly studious every single day. ~__~ Bloody school homework.

- demands a string of hearts, several seasoned travellers, and two pairs of sloppy sandals. More »
