25 Dec 2004 6:23 pmBought 4 bottles of sparkling juice at Giant, then bought a present for Whit (I’m horrible at choosing presents, so I finally found one that suits my budget, a red sock soft toy at Guardian at Pyramid). Initially wanted to get one for Jon as well..but time was running out..and I’ve zero ideas what to get for a guy, so I decided to leave it at that. (==>_>==)
I walked all the way to Jon’s house with 4 bottles of sparkling wine which I was afraid would drop and crash. When I walked into two sundry shops to help Jon’s mum buy something, the shopkeepers look at me all weird like I was carrying alcoholic drinks.
Esther and Kai Shen was already there when I reached..my hands were aching and I was sweating. Then Heng Li arrived, followed by Andy and lastly Jess. Andy bought a lovely (and I think expensive) gift for Jess. How sweet.
We laughed a lot mostly, thanks to Esther whom we constantly bullied. XD We talked about many many things while at the dining table..eating Jon’s mum’s homecooked food like spaghetti (DELICIOUS).
We also watched a bit of The Kumars at No. 42 which is the most hilarious UK talk show EVAR. Laughed quite a lot as well. Esther also managed to make us laugh even more..something to do with her “provoking” the cat Princess. Long story. XD
We finally watched The Matrix Reloaded on HBO..one by one the rest went back except for me and Kai Shen..KS was kinda stranded as his parents were already asleep. So we finished watching the movie at 1:30pm and Jon’s mum fetched us home.
Ah…the joys of Christmas :) Memorable.
I can’t remember last year’s Christmas, but I only remember last two year’s Christmas. Was with Ryui Bynn..we cycled to Pyramid, found it crowded (this year, Pyramid was CROWDED as heck as well) then we went to Summit to watch this horror movie..Ring 0.
Suffice to say, I nearly peed in my pants. And had recurring unnecessary imaginations of it.
Merry “belated” Christmas!
