“Eh, orkidlah!”

Watched The House of Flying Daggers today with Andy, Shawn, Heng Li and RB. Andy was already waiting at Summit since 1.30pm while we only reached there at um, 2.20pm. >.> He was pissed, of course :P

The show is fairly interesting, and I like the art direction of the entire movie – the music, the martial arts involved, and the incredible acting showed by Zhang Ziyi, portraying a blind girl. I’m not sure whether I want to indulge in spoilers >.> but I hate a sad, sad ending. Bleh. And um, it’s shorter than I expected it to be o.O My friends said the movie was too fake. XD

The “eh, orkidlah!” comment came by Shawn (they were a noisy lot in the cinema =.=”, exclaiming and interjecting at parts of the movie when suggestive/sex scenes were censored >.>). It was when Mei (Zhang Ziyi) were in a field of flowers lovingly feel the flowers about her >.> XD (If no one understands what I’m talking about, Shawn was referring to an instant milk powder advert >.>)

Gopi seems to be coming with us too to Australia =D Now Joe’s not sure, not giving me a good confirmation >.< Bleh
