Enfo

Several hours earlier at 8pm, went to Jon’s house initially for DotA (Defense of the Ancients), playing on LAN against his cousin Barry. DotA was alright, but after one round we decided to try Enfo, another custom map, similar to DotA but in my opinion, easier to play with, smaller and more controlled, hence more fun.

Being relatively new and all, I tried out a catapult machine thingy as my Hero.

Incredibly, after upgrading this Hero of mine for a bit, it slings off rocks at an extremely far range with amazing lightning speed that it all seems a little too..fake >_>

The experience was slightly marred when the PC I was using kept causing errors, thus disconnecting me repeatedly. But hey ‘twas fun :) We went to Maju-Maju to eat cheese naans after that at 12am -- 2nd best cheese naans ever, after Murni’s.

I try to pretend I’m feeling as right as rain but if you came here expecting to be entertained by one of my rarer humorous posts, you may as well turn away.

It has always happened -- this sinking little feeling everytime it was the hols. People I talked to told me I need to occupy myself with stuffs instead of looking for your mates to go with since most of them have disappeared into happier, parallel lives that reflect nothing like my self-disinclined, insecure life - anything. I just don’t find the usual interest I would have otherwise, and dare I say it, am just a little depressed. Fuck.

Was talking to Saki yesterday night, and she talked about her virtual Husky at Nintendogs -- which reignited my interest in that sexy Nintendo DS handheld and the fucking lovely virtual canine-rearing game. Did lots of research into it and might just purchase one this Saturday at 1Utama after talking to this very helpful guy at lowyat forum on MSN.

Why 1Utama instead of the usual Sungei Wang:

• because I can’t haggle at all at Sungei Wang
• Sungei Wang shops are more likely to con new, inexperienced buyers

• The shopkeeper of this gaming shop at 1Utama seems very reputable at said forum, and even posts there. Price seems quite reasonable

  I have a hard time choosing between these two colours that are only available at said 1Utama shop (they might not even have Pure White, shucks) -- would very much appreciate your opinion!
