Fagocytosis

I’ve almost finished writing this post when the power tripped at the right moment. Bah.

Anyways, today marks the beginning of the first term of exams, starting with Bio Paper III and I. Surprisingly, I was feeling rather nonchalant about the entire thing..maybe I’ve been doing too many exam papers that I’m getting used to it..maybe till SPM arrives. The papers were a little tough, and I even managed to invent my own experiment which isn’t in any books..had to rewrite from scratch after I find the cellophane tape experiment a little incorrect.

Went to Secret Recipe with Jon and Kai Shen..Jon bought like 4 slices of cake while I bought a whole Americano cake for my mum’s belated birthday..it looks nice :D It’s more like to spend something on me family with the new wage >_> Was a little worried it’ll melt since I’m walking back to Jon’s, then only I’ll cycle back..but I managed cycling with one hand on the handlebar very well. >_>

That’s about it I guess. Tomorrow I’ll have my first 2-hour practical driving lesson..the idea didn’t appeal to me as much as before - maybe because I had to wait for almost 2 freaking months for my L license and the excitement dies. My idea of the adult world involves driving, drinking, smoking and sex - as obviously these activities are only legal when you’re 18 and above (depending on where you live). Not like I’ll be drinking, smoking, or have sex all the time (or at all) once I’m grown up..the idea of driving equals freedom, convenience, and - the adult world - to me.

Part of me wants to grow up, and the other wishes to remain like this forever.
