Today’s a holiday to celebrate some Muslim occcasion. Woke up at 7am surprisingly (despite sleeping at 2am earlier), and played Maple XD Made a new character at their new server at MapleSEA (South East Asia) so well..had some fun playing. It’s still a little unexplainable why I like playing MMORPG games which the main objective of every single one of ‘em is to attain the highest level possible. Me, I enjoyed the fun factor, and basically…it’s sorta like a virtual social outlet, though I hate the majority of the inhabitants: mostly Singaporeans >_> (and Malaysians) with their vile rudeness.
At 9am, I tried reversing the Matrix car out from my porch, and..wasn’t that used to it as it’s an auto car (and infinitely easier to use, although I missed slightly the part where you have to press on the clutch :P). In fact, I’m too used to the power-less stering wheel on the Kancil we drove for the test. >_< Will get to test the cars out on the road once I receive the official P license sometime next week. :) Collected the plants at Annway; auntie wouldn’t give discount but gave my mum a free fertilizer worth RM10 but mum donates it to Leo..and at about 9.40 I reached school where Heng Li, Kai Shen, Jon, Ting, Jess and Geok Leng were there. That said, we spent our time up to 3pm at the garden plot, digging, planting and other various actions pertaining to flower-planting and landscaping. Most went back early at noon, and Shawn only dropped by extremely late at about 11am (as usual). So in the end, it’s me, Heng, Shawn and Ting slaving at the garden while sweating it out. I’ve never done any gardening of any sort in my entire life – wouldn’t dream of doing it, in fact. But with our teamwork and resources from each of our own minds, we managed to pull it off rather well, I think. In fact, I think I’m starting to like the process of gardening..and it’s even a little bit fun. I’ve grown attached to this particular white zionia, which I named Droopy, because its leafs were droopy and dead-like. Hopefully it’ll survive (gonna check it out tomorrow). Joe even popped by and helped out while I was hungry and tired, so I laid down on the reading hut’s tiled (and vandalised) bench. At that point, the sereneness of the garden, the people working on sticking the slabs onto the ground with wet soil, the sound of cars whizzing by the school, the quietness of the entire school itself..overwhelmed me. And at THAT point, backpacking in school, as slyly suggested by Heng Li earlier, would have worked very well. Points of interest while gardening: 1. I noticed I do not have a hairy belly, unlike Heng and Shawn. 2. Joe is as thin as me, if not fatter XD 3. Jon got stung by some insect, and is now suffering from itchiness all over his body. 4. No blisters on my hand, unlike that other day. 5. Geok Leng can actually lift the cangkul and dig the excess soil onto the wheelbarrow. XD 6. The soil we bought smelt of zoo (no animal dung in it, as proclaimed on its cover). 7. Ting Chern Wemn is the only Form 4 there.I noticed that since joining Leo, I’m experiencing many things I wouldn’t have done otherwise. Gardening, secretarial work – I’m getting more adept at it XD Previously thought Leo as nothing but a huge workload, but in a way, I had to admit that we all do learn something at the end of the day.

Oops, removed the extra post. The garden..unless we have more plants, it’s likely to remain as it is. >_>
