Ghastly talks

Remind me not to read kennysia’s blog at almost 3am with Soon Guan again, particularly this entry because we had nothing better to do and needed laughs. We didn’t get any laughs out of that.

That was two nights ago.

So we returned to bed, turned off the lights and soon discussed merrily about various ghastly encounters, particularly the two I’ve personally..experienced. Shit. Then Soon Guan told me more of his, and something about his parents saw one at a Strawberry Farm in Cameron’s (double shit) but wouldn’t want to describe what it looked like to him.

Then more stories, one really clich?d one his friend told in school about girl who commited suicide because boyfriend dumped her when she got pregnant, Taoist said he should put a bolster on his bed covered with blanket on the 7th day to fool the girl-ghost, then guy went to do so and hid under his bed awaiting the ghost. Door creaked open, some bump-bump-bump noises were heard, then the girl said, “I found you” and the man died. Why? Because the girl wasn’t walking on her feet, it was her head that did the bump-bump sounds because she plunged and died head-first.

Fuck, that scared the shit out of me and stirred my imagination to such an extent that I scare myself silly. Both of us huddled underneath the blanket closer to each other, despite the fact it was a bit hot. Somehow the blanket seems to be a safe notion when logically it is not. How can a blanket safe you from any demonic or ghostly attacks?

Then we went on talking how when we want to see a ghost it will not apparate, and when we don’t want or least expect it, this shit happens.

>_>

At least we had that midnight talks. Brings back memories to when we did that past few years when staying at each other’s house.

Study group today as usual minus Shawn. Pretty normal, nothing else interesting happened except for the sudden influx of rempits and this:

He was trying to kill himself. Ya know, unhappy with the manager giving him such low wages such as RM3.50 per hour when I earn more than him in previous jobs.

Not really, he was taking down the huge banner hanging outside the window, risking his life while doing so. What a brave soul.

Yep, Soon Guan went back earlier at about 9.30pm, after several bouts of Power Stone 2. Good ol’ days.
