3 Jan 2006 3:42 pmNo idea what happened to my sleeping routine but I somehow have some sleeping disorder that occured again earlier today. I went off to bed at 2.30am, but somehow, some nagging headache attacked me. More accurately, it wasn’t really a headache, but I could feel something inside my head pressing against my brain, causing me to feel really awake when I shouldn’t be.
Do I just have a fucking tumour or what.
After tossing about in bed for 2 hours, I gave up, got out and asked dad for a sleeping pill. He raised his voice which woke my mum up and both were adamant against giving me. Apparently it’s “bad if you take too many” when this is merely my 2nd time, but oh well.
So, good lord, the ‘headache’ grew worse and I went almost crazy with frustration. I’m sure I’m fucking tired but I just couldn’t sleep it off. I tried concentrating on the usual stuffs that might bore me to sleep, but the pressure sensation kept me awake alright.
After using some eye massager thingy, walking about my garden and eating breakfast at 6am, I finally felt sleepy (it never felt better, I swear) and slept at almost 7am. That was when almost everyone else in my family had already woke up for the first day of school, etc.
I woke up again at 11.30am by the alarm from my phone.
If this ever occur during the Langkawi trip.. it will certainly spoil it all. Maybe I’ll do various vigorous activities to wear me out.
Here are the pictures from 31st December 2005, last day of the previous year, which I didn’t post due to the dead batteries prior to this.
