Is-shoe? | Guys going for a shop

Forgot to mention that we went to school yesterday for Leo (despite the fact that it was a holiday).

Went at 11am, when Mrs V mentioned that we cannot be late even for a minute. So yeah, we arrived on time. And she? Not a sight of her estranged hair and horrid old clothes.

We were all well into rehearsing our Leo installation (with some fool around by some guys) for this coming Wednesday, but oh no, our beloved headmistress objected the high heels the girls were wearing. She wanted them to wear “palms”, which offended the girls very much.

High heels are not allowed because they revealed their legs. Um, double-u-tee-eff? Such thinking deserves a YOURELIVINGINDINOSAURAGE award. Yes.

Mrs V, whom the girls called double-faced, mentioned something about not wanting this to be such a huge issue (Kean Leong said something about Isu Kasut, referring to History’s first topic this year), while I thought it was a clever punning - is-shoe! So she even wanted to subsidise the shoes that the girls bought specially for Leo..yadda yadda..well, no comment.

So ‘tis our turn for us guys to shop for our Leo-related attire. We (Kai Shen, Daniel, Wai Hong and I) went to Subang Parade by bus at 1pm, and searched for our black long-sleeved shirt. It didn’t take us long to find the clothes - which is exactly what Heng Li bought yesterday night - we took turns trying out the clothes, which was darned smart. It costs RM59.90; Alain Delon.

We even squeezed ourselves into one tiny changing room for the heck of it XD; Daniel snapped the pic with his camera phone, which I’m hoping to post it up later if he can send it to me.

It took us slightly long for the belt (which Daniel and Wai Hong bought later), and shoes for the three of us minus Kai Shen. We settled on Bata black (fake) leather shoes - mine was only RM27.90, after discount, the same with Daniel’s. Shoe Warehouse offers it rather cheaply. :D

It was about 4pm when we settled into McD’s and ate. We laughed and talked a lot..particularly about “DanHong” which they joked about what will happen when their mixed-with-pepper-an d-salt-and-McD’s-sa uce became popular enough that it owns Microsoft and turn it into Microsauce, a ketchup-bottle-shape d satellite, the list goes on.

So we talked nonsense for roughly 40 mins, laughing continuously that we felt rather tired from laughing too much. >_>

Parkson’s buy-RM120-and-above- and-get-RM10-voucher allows Wai Hong to get his belt as he didn’t bring enough money at that time. Our combined receipts did the trick. :)

We finally left about 6pm, with my parents fetching us home..since they were at Subang Parade as well, incidentally. And we think we didn’t take as long as the girls when it comes to shopping. :P
