Morally stripped

Changed the banner on top, in conjunction with today being the first month of December and all. Plus winter reminds me of a climate I’ve never been subjected to nor experienced, and it does look nice..and cold. Might probably be changing banners monthly just for the heck of it, with random (possibly nonsensical or double-edged) quotes off the top of my head. :P

Had a pleasant sleep till 10am, woke up to play Shadow the Hedgehog on the PS2 which turned out that somehow I overwrited my bro’s save file due to the game’s incapability to store more, followed by random possessing of the Internet while I troll about websites. Finally Shawn, in a rarest display of going out, told me at 1pm that he has car at home and could drive us to SS15.

So yeah. :D

Played Gunz there, despite the fact we have the game at home (excluding Heng) and it not working prior to this. It was alright, with the three of us going at it for almost 2 hours.

Today being the unofficial rest day, I am conspicuously sad to say I had performed absolutely nothing of use to humanity, nor brought any extreme sensation of euphoria or feelings of fun to myself.

Maybe save for that tiny going out bit for 2 hours till 5pm today.

I realised I haven’t even read today’s papers. Probably nothing much going on save for more news on silly corrupted Malaysian cops forcing Chinese women to do ear squats naked.

My mum told me, that my cousin who just finished her A-levels said something like, there isn’t any cause to worry about Bio or other subjects I found hard for that matter. She wasn’t good in Bio, Add Maths, Mod Maths, etc, but somehow achieved As in those.

But then again, do As really matter? Do they serve as bragging rights, that you’re simply more superior than your fellow human beings? What with incredibly obtuse subjects such as Moral and EST, you’re not even going to apply it in real life.

Like say, in a day of the conviction of a serial rapist-cum-murderer:

Judge Edmung Wong: After carefully evaluating various facts presented in this abominable crime against humanity and taking the public’s interest into consideration, I hereby find you guilty, and sentence you to FIFTY years in jail and…

Evil bad man: Tidaaaaaaaaaaaakkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!

Judge Edmung Wong: ...you will have to serve TWENTY YEARS of Moral reciting in front of your wardens every single hour for the rest of your term, in hoping that this will change you for the better.

Evil bad man: Apa neraka!?

Judge Edmung Wong: Yes, that means memorising every single moral value including their definitions word-by-word; and at the end of your jail term, you will have to sit for a Moral exam, in which should you fail, you will be executed since such failure would mean you have absolutely no morals in life. We do not want such a person to be released back to the society.

Evil bad man: PUKIMAK ENGKAU.

Yes, unless they’re planning to implement it usefully in real life such as the situation depicted above, there seems little point to study Moral.

Maybe the bad cops should start reciting some moral values in front of national TV.
