I’m definitely interested in Level 2 though. That is if I’m confident enough after I’m done with Level 3 lol (according to one website, the difference between the number of Level 3 kanji and Level 2 kanji is, if I’m not mistaken, 800+? wtf).

i have friends who used to be in the same class with me taking level 2 this yr, but i didnt wanna take the risk (of failing wtf) as this is my first time sitting for the JLPT.

imho, you should at least try to get a level 2 cert as that cert is deemed to be more valuable compared to the ones of level 3 and 4. and yea level 3 is in the morning 8am, must wake up at 6 wtf T___T

书面语 basically means writing language.. meaning words only found in writing lol. 口语 means spoken language, so yeah..

yeah Mandarin isn’t that difficult because it’s widely used here so I can actually grasp most of the commonly used words.. but when it comes to reading, the language turns upside down altogether. :P got 书面语 and 口语 la.. I definitely find 书面语 far more confusing.
