*Cheng Kim*: yeah thank goodness. almost became a road bully victim statistic. =.="

*読者*: Ah.. haha good choice then if you're not that confident of taking Level 2. But if your friends are taking Level 2.. means you guys have been studying japanese for a long time edi?

I'm definitely interested in Level 2 though. That is if I'm confident enough after I'm done with Level 3 lol (according to one website, the difference between the number of Level 3 kanji and Level 2 kanji is, if I'm not mistaken, 800+? wtf).

Yeah I think you were the one who corrected my very poor Japanese lol. :p

Thanks for the link! I found that site recently too, probably useful for tonight's last minute study lol.

lol. i thought 书面语 and 口语 only exist in japanese, didnt know it goes the same for mandrin as well..=__=

i have friends who used to be in the same class with me taking level 2 this yr, but i didnt wanna take the risk (of failing wtf) as this is my first time sitting for the JLPT.

imho, you should at least try to get a level 2 cert as that cert is deemed to be more valuable compared to the ones of level 3 and 4. and yea level 3 is in the morning 8am, must wake up at 6 wtf T___T

i found ur link from suet li's blog, like 1 yr ago? lol cant remember. been stalking her silently too ;p i think i've commented here before this, once if i'm not mistaken. :)

anyway, hope this site helps. tho it might be a lil late ady..

*読者*: haha my friends and I are aiming for level 3 too next year! Not sure wanna continue after that or not for level 2.. have to see first :P

书面语 basically means writing language.. meaning words only found in writing lol. 口语 means spoken language, so yeah..

i'm flattered that you've been following my blog (somewhat secretly, no comments from you until recently! :p) haha MIGHT see you there! (actually dunno how you look like oso wtf.) i know level 3 is in the morning while level 4 is in the afternoon.. but i might be leaving house earlier at around 11am 'cause we don't know where UPM Serdang is exactly. >_> just don't want to be late lol.

*Adrian*: yeah thank god nothing else much worse happened. what with the mat rempits and stuff although the fellas who nearly assaulted me were Indians.

Thank God nothing worse happened...sometimes it's sad to see uncivilized animals being allowed to roam around on motorcycles. They're dangerous enough on the bike as it is,let alone be let loose on their own two feet.

oh you're taking the exam too? what level! 3? 2? ..1?

yeah Mandarin isn't that difficult because it's widely used here so I can actually grasp most of the commonly used words.. but when it comes to reading, the language turns upside down altogether. :P got 书面语 and 口语 la.. I definitely find 书面语 far more confusing.
