Kingdom of Loathing is so frigging hilarious (and fun!) that I’m addicted to this weird online-browser RPG. Oh my. And Ode to Booze will enable more effects gained from drinking booze! What a wonderful powerup!
Back to the routine blog. Oh yes.
I can hardly wake up yesterday ‘cause of the usual back-from-camp-and-tired syndrome (I completely did not hear Heng Li’s repeated phone calls to my handphone between 11-11.50am), and had to go to attend a Leo meeting (at BK) specifically for the juniors at 12pm. And I’ve only came back from camp the day before -_-"
The usual study group follows, only me and Heng. And the entire USJ area was surprisingly quiet – probably because of the Sultan’s birthday which I’m not even aware of.
And as for today:
- David, my youngest bro’s friend, stayed overnight since yesterday. And today in particular, had me irritated as he kept asking me for help on the PS2 every time I had settled comfortably on the chair in front of the PC.
- Now, if you don’t know this, both David and my bro are Down Syndrome kids. And he plays PS2 games. Oh my. Wrestling, Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4, Metal Gear Solid 3… which they can’t get past more than the first stage. =P Oh well, they have their fun in that. David, in particular, enjoys shooting games with guns. Lotsa guns.
- Played basketball in the morning in school with Heng Li, Wai Hong, Andy and Jun Man. Even though only 5 people came, well.. had a good exercise I guess. And practice.
- More Kingdom of Loathing throughout the afternoon. And working on the site.
- Wong Wei Jiat, the kid from my school who went to Ireland, is currently staying overnight at my house together with my other bro’s friend Adrian.
- I find his adopted accent (Irish?) amusing (he’s only gone for 6 months!) – you can barely recognise his voice (I thought he sounded like an Indian when I picked up the phone) despite sporting the same roundish face, smile and (probably longer) hair.
- I reaaaaallly wanna go to Ireland some day. Birthplace of The Corrs!
