9 Nov 2004 3:02 pmThere I was with my proud magician character in the online game, MapleStory. Resting the pride of my boom at a high ledge on top, where evil cute pigs with ribbons on them roam beneath us, my character took his well-needed break after my insistent battles with the highly unappeciative animals.
“Hi!” squeals a young female archer beside me. Her name oozes sex appeal, grEeNdInO (or something to that extent, I’m bad with alternating caps!). She asked for my age, and skeptically, I gave, and asked hers in return. “13,” she said simply.
“Ah,” I thought. “This wouldn’t be good.” Then she proceeded with her next universal oh-I-so-expect-this question: where are you from? “Malaysia,” I proclaimed proudly, thinking that if she’s some ignorant teenage foreigner, she mightn’t have heard of it, or thinks we’re in some war of some kind.
After waiting patiently for her reply, she replied Malaysia too. Now, I was taken aback. Not wanting to be rude, I waited for her to start talking. Then she asked if I have MSN? “Nope.” “Why????” “Um, I don’t chat.” (or rather, I don’t chat with strangers, especially gullible 13 year old girls who starts asking you for your asl out of nowhere.)
“Do you have e-mail?” Wow, watta question - I think almost every Internet user would have an e-mail addy. ~_~ I gave her mine, and she gave hers to me. The reason I’m asking for her e-mail address, is to block her from my MSN should she try adding me to MSN. >_>"
