6 Oct 2004 2:24 pmProbably one of the best shows I’ve seen in a while. It’s good, storyline’s fantastic (revolving 2 brothers plunged into the horrors of the Korean War) and it managed to capture the emotions that ran high in the show. In fact if there’s a chance (and if I have the money), I’ll pay to watch this movie again. Jessica cried watching this show, with Esther dabbing her eyes a little :P One girl sitting behind us was the worst – she sniffed rather loudly and couldn’t stop crying after the credits started to roll in. XD
After about 30 mins worth of break, we continued watching Princess Diaries 2. I didn’t have my hopes high for the show, but it’s okay I suppose - with all the usual clean yet funny humour that gets me laughing all the time. Still, it doesn’t have that oomph that’ll leave you a strong impression on it.
Had a hard time trying to write a review about Taegukgi, as I can’t find the right words and phrases to totally sum it up, as it’s a bundle of everything – the emotions, the brotherly bond and the war. One thing’s for sure, the movie’s really touching.

Love this pic. Ominous-looking, portrays the hopelessness of war.

This pic’s cute in a way. Guy on right acted like an 8-year-old kid in the beginning of the movie, which is endearing. XD
Bleh. Feel like re-watching the show again.
