31 Jul 2006 5:04 pmFirst day of exam yesterday (lame ol’ Malaysian Studies doesn’t count) and it was raining so peacefully in the morning, that waking up to the cool breeze makes you feel like cuddling underneath the blanket.
Thing is I slept at 3am due to some last-minute studying to finish reading the last chapter of what we were supposed to read, but in the end when the exam began nothing from that chapter came out. =.=” Bleh.
We went to Salmon Steak again, but Andy and I didn’t eat as we had food at home, so we merely ordered drinks. From the menu, there was a Lipton Forest Fruits which sounded quite enticing, so I ordered it. And when it came, instead of a cold sweet drink I expected, what arrived was:

=____= Cilakak they weren’t clear in the menu it was going to be tea. Although the fragrance of sweet mixture of fruits was strong, the tea was quite tasteless. Or maybe I just don’t know how to appreciate tea.

Group picture, minus Pui Yan who was the cameraman.
Exam was from 11.20am till 1am; reached home at about 2.30pm.

Have you ever saw someone, a person so unbelievably mesmerizing, that you were forced to stop on your tracks to stop and stare and oogle a little bit? It happened to me last week.
Someone undeniably, incredibly, gorgeously hot from top to toe you had to take in the features of this person and wonder what and how someone is defined as ‘hot’, ‘gorgeous’, and all other positive labels thrown to someone who’s attractive. Despite all the fancy descriptions, do we not all wonder that someone who could be the lengzhai in someone’s eyes may be meh to another, or someone who’s the most beautiful lenglui you’ve ever set your eyes upon could be just another regular, next-door girl? Have we not all wondered why these differences occur and why couldn’t we bloody just agree on a particular adjective collectively?
I saw someone, just fleeting moments of several minutes who hooked me, who made me feel the swaying seconds of unexplainable ecstatic happiness, who made me feel the inevitable disappointment of the impossibility of the unattainability.
Strange how a stranger could have that effect on any person despite not knowing it him or herself, that with his or her presence a person’s day is made. That simply by being there, another person is happy, satisfied, contented.
I think, we’ll cross paths, again – indirectly. And with that meeting and any future’s, I don’t think I’ll ever stop feeling happy again.

i blame australia for being so multicultural that i can be so many races at once (even though i am mixed sampai giler giler that it confuses me to go, “i am malaysian + chinese + etc.)
aiyak. this is totally out of the point. anyway comment on previous post, aussie accent really sucks. i try to avoid the word ‘mate’, ‘how’s it goin?” and “arvo” (which is short for afternoon). =.=”
she’s euro-asian? *makes sad face*
love the banner. she looks so cute!

yeah.. i think Australia is one of Malaysian students’ top choice for education and all that.. but hey being multicultural is good! :D
i think australian accents are sexy loh. ‘mate’, ‘shiela’ and all the short-forms/slangs sound quite surreal to use haha :p well of course not useable in malaysia..
i’m not sure euro-asian or not, it’s just an assumption! =p
Haha you noticed! (well, how can anyone not notice it anyway since it’s on the top of every page lol.) yeah she is like sooooo cute in that picture, apparently scanned from a japanese mag or something when she went for a photo shoot. I’ve just obtained the ori pic.. so whenever I’m free gonna try doing a desktop background out of it XD *salivates*

Lies. I’m sure you’ve been secretly scavenging for bird’s nests and scooping away their poop. Nasty :o
