Project 365 #45: Monday, 30th March 2009

Helped my sorta-crush to print two sheets of her assignment when she came up to me to ask for said favour – all the computers were occupied, and perhaps I was the only one she recognised there.

Switched my French class to Monday nights instead.

Project 365 #46: Tuesday, 31st March 2009

IME test today.

There was also a pre-departure briefing cleverly held right before our IME test, so Kenneth, Khai Shin, Rebecca and I merely attended the first 45 minutes of the 3-hour briefing before we left to study.

Ate fried laksa, this particular restaurant’s specialty at SS14 (forgot the restaurant’s name but it has the word ‘gourmet’ in its name) with Kenneth at about 6.40pm. The both of us stayed back at the library to revise our Macroeconomics 2 as I’ve actually yet to do any proper studying, and when it closed at 9pm, we went back home.

While waiting for my dad to arrive, I told Kenneth the story of this dude, whose pictures I saw on Facebook, was attacked by a bunch of rempits and had his little finger severed completely while walking in the dark. Kenneth then decided to stay for a while whilst on his bicycle and wait for my dad to arrive hahaha.

Project 365 #47: Wednesday, 1st April 2009

In my IFP tutorial class, me turning my back against my lecturer while chatting with Jon via Gmail on my laptop wtf. I also stayed back with Khai Shin, Rebecca, and Yen Yee, whilst for dinner I ate McD’s with Rebecca.

Wednesday morning was also when my mum asked, on dropping me off at college, if it was alright if I don’t go to Melbourne. When we talked about it again at night, however, apparently we have enough funds to fund me and my bro’s education again..

Project 365 #48: Thursday, 2nd April 2009

Macro 2 test was.. okay. So-so. I want to kick myself because I was reading this particular part few minutes before the commencement of the test and managed to forget all about it when it did come out. -___-

Rang up AirAsia to change the date of my flight to 5th July instead of 12th where I had to pay the penalty of RM110 through no fault of mine.

Spent nearly an hour and 30 minutes at my Chinese class listening to my teacher talking about her personal point of view of languages – especially Mandarin – how she conducts her classes, etc, and it ended with me passing to her my French manual so that she could get some rough ideas of how to improve her lessons (didn’t expect that to happen ‘cause I was merely showing her the book, but I don’t mind anyway).

Had to go to Ding’s house right after that, armed with my laptop, as Streamyx at home was crawling and I needed to hand in my assignment the next morning. Pic depicts him with some LAN cable (iirc) so I could get connected while he told me, “Don’t (take photo) la~ never put on make-up” wtf.

I was there till about 11.30pm, then the both of us went to Jon’s house as Ding wanted to send his CPU over to Jon for some fix while I needed a speedier connection as Ding’s was a little slow too. After I was done with my assignment and French homework (the latter submitted by e-mail), we then proceeded to.. DotA. Haven’t played together for months, but my Venomancer still managed to shine through against 5 AIs (my teammates being Jon and Ding) ended with items Sange & Yasha, The Butterfly, Boots of Travel, and Divine Rapier. :D

Project 365 #49: Friday, 3rd April 2009

– Had a Law of Investment extra class from 9.30am till 12pm (thought I was late when I arrived at 9.20am ‘cause our lecturer did mention that it would start at 9am, didn’t know it was changed), did final changes to my assignment, passed it up, and I also went back early at 11.40am-ish ‘cause mum had already arrived – long story of how I have a piano class afterwards and mum had to pick up my bro and some kids, etc.

– I’m learning a new full piano piece now, Colours of the Wind from the soundtrack of Pocahontas.

– Flu + cough + diarrhoea all at once today = FML.

– Stayed at home at night chatting with the extended family on MSN and laughed so much in real life that I felt better instantly. =)

With two assignments and two tests done and over with this week – I’ve never felt soo busy in my life with some college-related things occupying my mind every other second – it feels as if the noose around my neck has been loosened.
