The yellow pill

Was out the entire day yesterday, beginning at 7am. Left early for our amali/theory course on driving - the theory of 3 hours was essentially boring.

Surprisingly, our driving school helped us out by cutting our amali short by 2 hours. So an initial 6-hour course was snipped up to only 4..thank goodness for that.

We arrived back at USJ at about 1pm something, ate lunch at the restaurant at USJ 2, then walked to Andy’s house. Basically played around in his room (Shawn being the usual joker he is). At about 4pm, the three of us (including Eugene) walked back home under the hot and scorching sun. Bleh.

Left again at 7:15pm and walked with Eugene to Andrew’s house, where we’re supposed to meet. Heng Li came slightly late. We decided then and there where to eat our dinner, and many suggestions were thrown around (USJ 9 Teppanyaki, Pizza Uno) and finally settled on SS15’s Salmon Steak.

We didn’t wait long for our bus. Took quite some time to reach SS15, which we had to walk a long distance as well as we dropped off on the wrong side of SS15. I felt the flu and cough catching up on me at that time.

The five of us had to wait for a long time for our food to arrive =.=" But the steak’s particularly good, and cheap. Love this place to death.

Club 7 was surprisingly…not crowded as we had expected (it’s a Saturday night), but then, perhaps it’s because of the Hari Raya Haji hols on the previous day, so most of the people went back to their hometowns..or something.

So we had some rounds of pool till 10.30pm. Then hitched a taxi and went back home at about 11pm.

My dad gave me two types of pill to choose - the square yellow one or the round white one (not the blue and red one >_> if you get what I mean…)

I chose the yellow pill, which was supposedly sleep-inducing. I thought nothing of it as I thought the effects won’t be that strong. But boy, an hour later, I felt my head all woozy and drowsy like I’m drunk or something. Ryui Bynn phoned me at 12:30am (for some reason, asking me whether Shawn’s with me) and when I talked to him, yeah I talk like normal but it was hard for me to recall what happened a few hours ago that I had to stop and think.

And it’s as if I have only partial control when I talk, the other half controlled by my weakening brain.

It’s scary how a single pill can cause all this. I can only imagine what other illegal drugs can do. And when I get drunk >_>
