5 Jan 2005 9:31 amOh dear, how busy I am in the first bloody week of school. I expect myself to be relaxing a little and slowly unleash oil on my creaked brains, but instead I find myself studying and doing homework daily now. And today’s only the third day of the new school term.
Initially, I had to choose between 3 clubs to join: Photography, Magazine, and Computer & Webmaster. Somehow, Ms Then (advisor of Photography Club) and Pn Zainab (advisor of Magazine Club) talked to each other and decided to take 2 of us into their respective clubs (out of 4). It’s like we’re wanted, you know :P (since the four of us are involved in photography and magazine).
So yeah, I’m in Photography with Shawn. As for Computer & Webmaster..I’d love to help out and teach some proper web knowledge to these kids, but the schedule clashes. Plus I think Jon would benefit more from joining this club than me..the teacher promised high marks for him should he join XD
So, I’ve finally took up tuition. My ego finally permitted me to do so; I didn’t want any tuition as I thought they’re a waste of money (for my parents) when I can study myself. But I totally, absolutely require help when it comes to Physics and Add Maths. And perhaps Chemistry too, but I think I can still cope.
So yeah, busy busy busy. Plus that stupid PC curfew at 10.30pm..in a way, it actually helped me to finish off my homework and get ready for the tests the following day.
Did I mention tests? Yeah, the first week of school and we have bloody tests. How excruciatingly enjoyable.
School aside, I’m quite happy and actually excited with how our Hidden Street site turns out. About 1000 visitors per day now, and it’s something I didn’t achieve before in the past. Plus visitors drop by some rather nice comments about our site, and that makes me feel our effort is appreciated. :D
Plus, there’s that revenue to think of XD More towards supporting the site, of course. *cough*
