27 Nov 2004 1:00 pmAs some of you may know, I have a youngest bro who has DS (Down Syndrome). My mum brightly suggested to have his friend, David, to come over and stay overnight here.
I woke up today at 12:30pm and went downstairs for lunch when my old buddy from primary school paid me a visit. It was a surprising visit, as we didn’t really contact each other much as he was in a boarding school..so we caught up on certain matters, chit-chatted till 2pm.
After he went back, David and my youngest bro was literally everywhere in the house, with David being the naughtiest of the two. While I was at the computer, he rummaged through my CDs, took out one called “Serious Sam”, put in the CD into my CD burner and took over the PC.
Feeling annoyed, I unplugged the wires of the keyboard and the mouse, so he found the two items useless immediately, and unable to click nor move the elusive mouse pointer. He then proceeded to look around the room, found an old unused game cartridge for some obsolete handheld device and tried to insert it into the floppy drive. At this point I’m like ”...h..e…l..p…m …e…”
After much coaxing and my forced gentle persuasion to go downstairs and watch the telly with my bro, he pressed the reset button of my CPU rather casually and went into my parents’ room. And rummaged through the photo albums.
Long story short, after he spilled his cup of Milo, I decided that I shall not be bothered any more and locked my computer room upstairs. >_> I do pity my maid though =P She was as frustrated as me.
