“What are friends for?”

...so sayeth Ryui Bynn, in a telephone call to Suet Li (I could pretty much guess what’s happening, as I was beside him at that time, and no I’m not eavesdropping >_<). It’s amazing to have friends like him, who’ll help you in any way possible (I’m still reeling in surprise). He told me that he was a little worried about you, Suet.

Yeah, he mightn’t be the most perfect person on earth, but when we look at people’s good qualities instead of focusing on the bad ones, that’s how you get along with people. And why you like them despite their eccentricities and other negative aspects. =P Hell, I know it’s easier said than done - I have my own bad points too, but it’s better to improve one’s perception of other people step by step.

That said, I’m still struggling to be more socialable. I seem to be pretty much quiet when it comes to people whom I don’t know or don’t feel that comfortable with.
