Yatta! Hiro Nakamura in New York. I like.

I finally realised Suet’s position, in which having too long of a holiday can do one no good. So I have a complete month of freedom in which I seem to be spending my time in idle, until I have several burned DVDs of TV series and anime which I think will suck out my time.

Finally watched the much-anticipated Heroes.. the first episode at least. Loved Hiro Nakamura, one of the characters in the ensemble, with his trademark “Yatta!” (I shamelessly stole this entry’s title from Matt’s MSN’s personal message :P)

On Sunday night, me, Ding, Heng, Suet, and Esther had dinner at the Happy Land Restaurant behind my house, in which I had vowed before never to return.

Following that, RB arrived, and after trying to pump my car’s tyres at the nearby Peteronas, we went to USJ 14 cybercafe. We discovered that the air-con downstairs wasn’t working, but they told us that upstairs the air-cons are still working. Just as we were about to pay our money, their electricity tripped and a round of “Weiiiiiii” surrounded the cybercafe downstairs. Quite a timely time to make our exit.

So we headed to the USJ 8 cc and played till almost 10.30pm, then picked up the Wii from my house to go to Jon’s house to test out the Warioware he bought for the both of us earlier at The Curve.

Insanely fun, and that was putting it mildly. :) Sadly enough, we thought it was only a single player game so didn’t bother to play further, because multiplayer mode needs to be unlocked.

Me stroking Jon’s cat.

Another close-up shot of Baby (the Cat), who didn’t seem to be afraid or wary of my camera and myself.

Went back at 12.30am after a short session of Enfo.

Yesterday night, watched Deathnote 2: The Last Name with Yen, Shawn, Ding, and Andy at Summit. Fantastic psychological thriller that stays almost true to the original manga itself, save for a few edits here and there (which I don’t know btw, since I never completed it).

So apart from doing nothing at home and lazying around, what did I do?

I fixed up the Gundam Astray model WH gave me about 2 years ago, which eventually got broken in various pieces because I used my hand instead of a proper appliance to twist out the plastic parts, thanks to Heng >_>. Which resulted in:

Delicate parts indeed. The V-shaped part got broken into two, unrepairable.

And when you are bored and alone at home, you find yourself talking to a toy.

4 Thoughts to Yatta! Hiro Nakamura in New York. I like.
