22 Sep 2004 1:32 pmHad a dream last few weeks of this ex-teacher of mine (who taught me English in Form 3), who currently resides in Langkawi. Not sure what the dream was exactly, but it brought back memories… She redefined what teaching is all about; she’s an absolute open-minded wonder that she talked about movies, music (rock/pop) that it utterly surprised me. (Some of us from my class 3A actually attended her wedding when she got married.) Oh, and she actually watched The Amazing Race 4, and discussed with us a little who she thought would win and why (and some Fear Factor stuffs). Which is why her lessons were so damned interesting.
I had always thought (most) teachers as those conservatives who huddle in their self-centred comfortable homes.
I actually talked to her on MSN several times after school’s over, and… well, it’s a first. (First time ever chatting online with a teacher!) Her MSN nickname since I last talked to her was “zuana hanom”, and I believe I still have a chat log of it.

She’s that lady in pink; she looked young but she’s in fact, in her thirties I think. o_O
Anyways, I got detained once again for coming late to school, with Sarah greeting me, “What’s your excuse this time?” XD (I came late yesterday as my bicycle’s back tyre just had to run over some tiny sharp object, back tyre exploded [sorta] and I had to wheel the bike home and get mum to fetch me to school.)
When Pn Tan CC made her rounds, she came upon me and said, “You use gel ah?” I said “No!” with my friends screaming “YES HE DID YES YES” (haha, am exaggerating a little) Then she went, “Don’t lie!” and touched my hair, discovered it’s wet with water, and walked off. XD
Anyways, went to Eugene’s house later in the afternoon to revise my Add Maths, and finally managed to refresh the basic concepts of Logarithms. shudders I instantly had a relapse of fever when he turned on the air-con, but when I got back and took a nap till 8pm, I sorta recovered. o_O
Can’t wait till exams’ over. Anyone up for some lepak-ing with me after that? :D
