It works fine, the IS works excellently too – it goes hand-in-hand with the zoom.

Although like I said, I don’t really use it that much. :/

considering that i bought it a few months ago.. yeah i think that prices would’ve dropped lol.

yeah i actually have not been using my tele lens that much. :/ kinda like a waste..

hahaha i don’t have that much money to buy L lenses lah, though yes if you have the money, by all means get the L lenses. I recently bought an ultra-wide angle lens, Canon 10-22mm, and have been loving it since. :)

yes i definitely like using my 450D very much. can foresee myself using it for a long time in the future.

my next dream lens is 24-70 f2.8 L, to replace the kit lens, though I really don’t think I’m getting it anytime soon.

hope you’ll get to buy your dslr and enjoy using it as much as i have. =)

wow grats i’m about to get mine soon too! have been doing some surveys for a while now and…u can actually get the body for just RM2399 and kit set for RM300 :x

i’m new to dlsr too so i’ve been looking around a lot and asking for advice…sorry to hear u got that tele lens >.< ;

should have gotten the body only and obtained the
Wide angle: 24-105 f4L
Tele zoom: 70-200 f2.8L IS or f/4L IS
Macro: 100mm f2.8 (this can wait)

This is what i’ve came up with for a first time dlsr owner. just imo kinda thing. whatca think? since u’ve used urs for a few months now. like it?
